David L. Weinstein, MD

Dr. Weinstein received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, prior to moving to St. Louis where he attended St. Louis University School of Medicine and then his residency at Washington University School of Medicine.

In addition to being a founding partner of Consultants in Women’s Healthcare in 1992, Dr. Weinstein serves as the Chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.  He is an Associate Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Department of OB/GYN at Washington University School of Medicine and has been listed in the “Best Doctors” edition of St. Louis Magazine annually since 1998.

Having delivered over 6,000 babies in his career, Dr. Weinstein says that one of his greatest professional joys is helping each mother to have a healthy pregnancy and to achieve the labor and delivery experience they desire. He is also an experienced surgeon who performs laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures.
